Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We currently accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  1. 💎 Damaged or Defective Item
    • If your jewellery arrives damaged or has any visible manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a replacement.
  2. Return Request Within 24 Hours of Delivery
    • The return request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving your order.
    • Requests made after 24 hours from delivery will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To process a return or replacement:

  1. Contact our customer care team via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order ID, clear photos or videos of the damaged item, and unboxing video (if available) to help us verify the issue.
  3. Once approved, our team will arrange the replacement or guide you through the return process.

Important Notes

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all tags and invoice.
  • Refunds are not provided. Only replacements or store credits will be offered for eligible returns.
  • Returns will not be accepted for issues related to size, color preference, or personal choice.
  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery are not eligible for return.
